A fine 19th century coaching table, campaign table or games table by Thornton & Herne of London featuring two demilune leaves which fold together atop to the attractively turned articulated base and when opened are locked in place by the rotating arm to offer a large circular tabletop.
Very good condition, structurally all in good order with only an ideal level of aged surface wear and a good patina.
