Antique Edwardian Mahogany Chess, Card & Games Table c.1910
An impressive Edwardian inlaid mahogany card and games table, with fine stringing and crossbanding throughout and raised on tapering square legs terminating in original castors.
The folding top opens in two leaves to a green baize playing surface centred by an inlaid rosewood and satinwood chessboard. There is a central frieze drawer to each side, with an integrated pull-out cribbage board and slide-out supports for the opened top.
Very good antique condition with some surface wear consistent with age and use. The original baize remains in place, in sound, serviceable condition. Structurally all solid, clean and ready to place in the home.
