Antique Early Victorian Mahogany Writing Table c.1850
A mid 19th century mahogany writing table of small scale and light proportions, featuring a rectangular top with raised gallery over a single long frieze drawer, all raised on ring-turned legs.
Well suited as an occasional writing table in a living space or bedroom, or as a compact everyday desk in a study where space is limited. Its scale also allows it to function comfortably as a side table or hall table.
Very good antique condition with some surface wear and small losses to the inlay consistent with age and use. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place in the home.
