Antique 19th Century Bobbin Captains Chair / Desk Chair
The piece is raised on four thick bobbin turned splayed legs united by a bobbin turned cross stretcher, with the position of the legs making for an interesting aesthetic and a remarkably practical seating position.
Very good condition, structurally all in good order with some superb aged colour and patina throughout.
