Antique Brass Coal Box
A lovely brass coal bucket with decorative ball handle lid. Features a lion motif to each side, dated July 26 1924 front and back, with monogram GES, raised on beautiful paw feet.
All in good condition structurally. The handles to each side are a little loose and one has an old repair so they are a little uneven. There is a reasonable amount of surface wear as to be expected, with some discolouration to the one side in particular as shown. Altogether just a great looking, incredibly practical piece.
