Antique Edwardian Mahogany Piano Stool with Storage
A good quality Edwardian mahogany piano stool with an upholstered lift up seat opening to a spacious storage compartment flanked by decoratively shaped handles and raised on tall turned legs.
Very good condition, structurally all in good order with some attractive aged surface wear. The upholstery is worn in places but this is part of the piece’s charm. There is also a chip to the left hand front handle as can be seen but this is a very old chip that has weathered and coloured evenly with the rest of the stool.
