A fabulously well made antique swivel and rocking desk chair by The Shannon Limited of Ropemaker Street, Shoreditch, London. Superb form with a lovely high fan back, perfectly contoured arm supports and original horsehair padded, brass studded leather seat panel.
Features the perfect amount of incredibly attractive wear and patina to both the leather and aged oak surfaces.
All in very good order, perfectly sturdy and fit for everyday use. This is a chair that has been used and loved it’s entire life, and it shows. A beautiful chair fit for even the finest of home offices. Markers mark to rear of seat panel.
