Antique Victorian Mahogany Console Table c.1870
A substantial Victorian mahogany console table, with a long, solid D-end top featuring a continuous reeded edge, set over a deep frieze and raised on three beautiful turned and fluted legs terminating in striking lobed feet.
A well-proportioned console of good length and narrow depth, with a fully finished back allowing it to sit comfortably in a hall, behind a sofa or as a freestanding piece within a room.
Very good antique condition with some surface wear consistent with age and use, including minor veneer losses to the frieze. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place in the home.
