An exceptional late 19th century mahogany card table, the top with striking bookmatched veneer and decorative satinwood crossbanded decoration, raised on chunky square tapering legs terminating in bold spade feet.
The tabletop twists to reveal a storage area and folds open to a superb quality original green baize playing surface framed by a wonderfully figured satinwood border.
Presented in excellent antique condition with a deep, rich colour and only minor surface wear consistent with age. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place in the home.
