Antique Victorian Mahogany Writing Table c.1890
A Victorian mahogany writing table, the inset oxblood tooled leather set within a richly figured mahogany top, above two frieze drawers with brass knobs, all raised on turned legs and brass castors.
Ideal as a writing desk in a study or sitting room, or as a smart console-height table in a hall. Finished on all sides so suitable for freestanding central placement if desired.
Very good antique condition with light surface wear and patina consistent with age, including wear to the leather writing surface. The two front castors are locked in place. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place.
